Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Dealium ("Service"), operated by Yeema Holdings LTD (Companies House 15809333), a company registered in England & Wales at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX ("we", "us"). Dealium is a product of Yeema Holdings LTD. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. The Service is intended for property investors and professionals.

2. Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
  • One account per person. Do not share access.
  • You must provide accurate information and update it as needed.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Web subscriptions are billed via our payment processor in GBP, plus VAT where applicable.
  • iOS subscriptions are auto-renewable in-app purchases. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • iOS subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your Apple account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price as the current subscription.
  • You can manage and cancel iOS subscriptions in iPhone Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions. Cancellation of the current period is not available, but auto-renewal can be turned off at any time.
  • Cancel web subscriptions in Settings on dealium.co.uk. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • No refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
  • Free trials, if offered, convert to paid at the end of the trial.

4. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or copy the Service.
  • Resell or sublicense access without our written permission.
  • Use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • Interfere with our infrastructure or other users.
  • Submit false or misleading information.

5. Property data and investment decisions

Dealium aggregates publicly available data (HM Land Registry, EPC, listing feeds, ONS) and computes estimated metrics such as ROI, yield, and cashflow. This information is provided for guidance only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or surveying advice.

Property markets are uncertain. Estimated metrics are based on assumptions that may not hold for any specific deal. You must independently verify all data and obtain professional advice before making any investment. We accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of the Service.

6. Intellectual property

All software, designs, branding, and aggregated data sets are owned by Yeema Holdings LTD or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service while your subscription is active. Public data sources retain their original rights and licences.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of any notes, lists, or comments you create. You grant us a licence to host and display your content as needed to provide the Service.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid users.

9. Termination

  • You may close your account at any time via Settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
  • On termination, paid balances are non-refundable except where required by law.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost opportunity, and loss of data, except as required by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any third party claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

12. Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance, or as required by law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
